Tabbouleh

Descripción: One of the most popular dishes in Arabic cuisine is tabbouleh. A fresh salad ideal for vegetarians, but in reality anyone can enjoy it (and on a hot day, even more so). Have you ordered it as a starter in a restaurant? Now you can prepare it at home by buying your own live aquaponic parsley.

Elaboración paso a paso

1- Place the bulgur in a bowl and add the hot water. Leave to stand for 30 minutes and drain.

2- Mix the tomato cubes, cucumber cubes, mint and parsley in another bowl. Then add the bulgur, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.

3- Ready to eat! You can add some fresh parsley leaves and combine with pita bread to make it even more delicious.
