Spaghetti mizuna

1- Heat the water and when it boils, pour in the spaghetti.

2- In a frying pan, place the sliced garlic in olive oil. When not yet browned, add small pieces of mizuna and sauté to taste.

3- When the spaghetti is al dente, transfer it to the frying pan with the rest of the ingredients.

4- Add a little water and butter at the end. At the end goes the grated cheese – make the most of it! You can use any kind of pasta in this recipe and also more rocket leaves, spinach, etc.
