1- First, place a frying pan over a low heat to toast the pine nuts. After roasting, allow them to cool.
2- Wash the basil carefully and let it dry a little. In this part, try not to touch it too much, so as not to rust it.
3- Chop the basil leaves and mix them with some of the pine nuts, the cheeses, olive oil, chopped garlic and salt.
4- Start chopping the mixture to make the sauce (either manually or electrically). You can add the ingredients little by little to achieve the ideal consistency.
5- At the same time, add the pasta in boiling salted water. When ready, drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir it a little.
6- A couple of tablespoons of cooking water can be added to the sauce to make it creamier.
7- Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve! You can add more grated cheese.
