Chicken chop suey

Descripción: Who doesn't like wok stir-fried vegetables and meat? Mixing vegetables with soy and protein is a winning combination. The literal translation of chop suey is ‘mixed chunks’, so the recipe is not too complicated - try it at home with your aquaponic pak choi!

Elaboración paso a paso

1- Wash and chop all the vegetables. You can cut a few slices of ginger for sautéing.

2- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and place in the wok over high heat. Sauté with sesame oil and olive oil. Add the soya to taste.

3- Cook the edamame for a few minutes and set aside.

4- Add the vegetables to the wok.

5- Sauté everything and continue with the heat on high to blend the flavours. This is also the time to add more soy sauce if you feel like it.

6- We move on to the plate and now we add the edamame. Ready! You have a healthy and delicious dish, full of vegetables.
